Mrs. Anna Heggen of Ames Died Tuesday Last Funeral Services

Mrs. Anna Heggen formerly of Hardy, late of Ames, passed away at a convalescent home in Des Moines, Tuesday, May 23, following a lingering illness. Funeral services were held at the Trinity Lutheran church southwest of Hardy, Thursday afternoon, May 26. She is survived by one son, Seward Heggen of Fort Dodge; Mrs. Laurence Thompson of Greeley, Colo; and Miss Agnes Heggen of Ames. The Heggen family were former residents of Hardy.

J. T. Nervig of Riverton, Wyoming called at the Arthur Carr home, Thursday. He came here to attend the funeral of his sister, Mrs. Anna Heggen.

Mrs. Lawrence Thompson and daughter, Nancy, of Greeley, Colorado, visited from Wednesday until Friday at the A. C. Thompson home. Mrs. Thompson was called back here by the death of her mother, Mrs. Anna Heggen, of Ames.
