1870 ---- November 17, 1920

Chas. Warden, who has been employed by U. S. Boring for a number of years, died Tuesday morning. He was rooming with Clarence Craig over the East Side Pool hall. Both got up as usual this morning and Warden dressed but did not accompany Craig to breakfast. When he returned to his room he found Warden lying across the bed dead.

Eccentric Character

Mr. Warden has been a resident of Eagle Grove about five years. He was very reticent and seldom talked about himself and never about his folks. An inquest was held Wednesday afternoon to determine what disposition to make of the remains.
