May, 1842 --- August 11, 1902

Paul Sheehan died at his home northeast of town Monday evening after an illness of about a year's duration. The funeral was held in the Sacred Heart church Wednesday morning and the burial was in the Gethsemane cemetery, Mr. Sheehan was born in Ireland about 70 years ago, was married in London and then came to this country living in Webster City until about 10 years ago when he came to Eagle Grove. His wife and one son survive him. Patrick Sheehan, the son, carries on the farm and will remain there with his mother. The bereaved relatives have the entire sympathy of the community.
