Funeral services for Lloyd James Marlin, 65, who died at 1 a.m. Saturday in St. Olaf Hospital, Austin, following a stroke, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Evangelical Synod Lutheran church at Hartland. Interment will be in the Hartland cemetery. A native of Iowa, he was born June 16, 1907 at Goldfield, to Leroy and Maggie [Pollock] Marlin. He was a farmer and had also lived at Hartland. Mr. Marlin and Ruth Johnson were married September 10, 1932, at Hartland. She survives him. Other survivors are four brothers William of Manchester, Donald of St. Paul, Kenneth of Albert Lea, Robert of Blooming Prairie;
Two sisters, Mrs. Ellsworth (Janet) Tukua of Hartland, Mrs. Alert (Margaret) Thofson of Manchester.
