Death of Martin Burns

Martin Burns, a pioneer resident of Wright county, passed away yesterday morning at the home of his son, John Burns, who resides about a mile north of Woolstock. The deceased was a little past 73 years of age and his death was caused from ailments incident to old age. He was a lifelong Catholic and the funeral services will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas church in this city tomorrow morning at 10:30 conducted by Rev. Father Norton. The remains will be interred in the Catholic cemetery here [Calvary Cemetery - Webster City].
