Barb A. LaRue was born on August 21, 1951, in Webster City, Iowa, to Harley and Jean Baker LaRue. She graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1970. Barb A. LaRue died on Friday, January 8, 2016, at the Villa Care Center in Fort Dodge, at the age of 64. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jean in 1999, and Harley in 2006; two brothers, Alan in 1999, and Alvin in 2014; and one nephew, Doug Pauls, Jr., in 1968. She is survived by two sisters, Bonnie Pauls, and husband, Doug, and Bev LaRue; one sister-in-law, Sheila LaRue; many nieces and nephews; three great-great nephews; and one great-great-niece. Barb LaRue’s wishes were to be cremated. Family graveside services will be held at a later date.
