REDDING, CA - Roger James White, 71, of Redding died Monday, Sept. 9, 1996, at his residence. No services will be conducted. Born Oct. 15, 1924, in Eagle Grove, Iowa, he moved to Shasta County in 1991 from Moraga. He was a civil engineer for Oliver de Silva Construction Co. and was a member of the Redding Moose Lodge 1006. Survivors include wife Celia; daughter Anna Eversole of Redding; and two grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Lawncrest Chapel in Redding.
