Eleanor Lonning dies in California

Eleanor Lonning, a former resident of Eagle Grove, who lived in California the last 50 years, died November 19 in a nursing home two days after her 98th birthday. She was the wife of Dr. Edwin Lonning, a chiropractor who practiced in Eagle Grove for a number of years. Surviving her are a son, Edwin Jr.; a daughter, Betty; and three grandchildren. Burial was in Sacramento, Calif.
