June 28, 1822 --- April 23, 1912

Elizabeth Fletcher was born near Zanesville, Ohio, June 28, 1822, and died at Wilsonville, Nebraska, April 23, 1912, at the advanced age of 89 years, 10 months and 24 days. Her girlhood and early womanhood were spent in her native state. In 1882 she came with her husband to Furnas county where she has since resided. In 1841 she was united in marriage to C. B. Kithcart. To this union nine children were born, five of whom preceded her to the other world. Mr. Kithcart died about a year ago. The surviving children are Cornelius, of Eagle Grove, Iowa, Mrs. Rhoda Berg of Alexandria, N.D., and W. B. and Jack of Wilsonville, who with their families mourn her loss. Funeral services were held at the Methodist church Wednesday afternoon at 1 p.m., conducted by Rev. Longacre and the remains were laid to rest in the Wilsonville cemetery.
