September 5, 1908 --- April 13, 1989

Fern Maureen Lauderdale, 80, a retired practical nurse died Thursday at the Beverly Manor Convalescent Hospital after a long illness. Born 5 September 1908 in Eagle Grove IA, Mrs. Lauderdale lived in Carmel Valley for 8 years. She worked as a practical nurse for 20 years. She had been a member of Alcoholics Anonymous since 1946. She is survived by a daughter: Eleanor Harding of Chicago; a sister: Eloise Lloyd of Glendale; 2 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Wednesday at the Little Chapel-by-the Sea in Pacific Grove under the director of the Pacific Mortuary.
