L. L. HANSON RITES TO BE AT VENTURA

CLEAR LAKE – Funeral services for Lester L. Hanson, 51, Ventura, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Ventura E.U.B. Church with the Rev. A. E. Rau officiating. Burial will be in the Clear Lake Cemetery. The body will remain at the Ward Funeral Home until time of services.

Mr. Hanson, manager of the Ventura Co-Operative Elevator, died in his office Friday morning. He had been lifting some grain doors shortly before he was stricken, Mrs. Hanson reported. He was born Sept. 17, 1903 at Popejoy and was married to Miss Elizabeth Dull of Mason City. He is survived by his wife, four daughters, three sons and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hanson, 200 S. 3rd St. Five sisters, Mrs. Glen Collinson, Oroville, Calif.; Mrs. Charles Wilson, Oklahoma City; Mrs. Henry Jacobson, Mrs. Wayne Wood, Mrs. Shelby Pierce, all of Clear Lake, and one brother, Allan Hanson, Clear Lake, also survive him. A brother, Tom, was killed in action in France during World War II.
