Funeral services for Mrs William McKenzie, 71, former Livermore resident will beheld Friday at 2 p.m. at the Lindhart funeral home, Humboldt. The Rev L. C. Jenson will officiate and interment will be in Union cemetery, Livermore.

Mrs. McKenzie had been living at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Clark at Chula Vista, CA when she died suddenly Friday. The former Frieda Margaret Johanna Wessar, Mrs McKenzie was reared at Mallard and later lived near Hardy until moving to Livermore in 1939. Her husband died in 1947 and in 1951 Mrs. McKenzie went to California to reside.

Surviving are 5 children: Mrs. Louis Garmon of Livermore; School Supt. Fred McKenzie of Emerson, NE; Robert Twigg of Estherville; Mrs. Charles Clark and Lester McKenzie both in California; and 16 grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and one sister: Robert Wessar of Emmetsburg and Mrs. Hattie Steiner of Des Moines, formerly of Emmetsburg.
