June 1847 --- September 28, 1932

Mrs. Lucy Bartholomew, 85 years of age, died suddenly at her apartment over L. C. Kinseth store early Wednesday morning following a stroke which she had suffered the previous evening. Mrs Bartholomew had been a resident of Humboldt county for many years formerly living in Thor. She was the widow of the late John Bartholomew. Funeral services were held at the Elsworth funeral home Friday afternoon with Rev. Thomas Lutman, Congregational pastor preaching.
