Mrs. Joe Ehrhardt, 70, of Livermore, died Monday night at the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital. Funeral Mass for her will be held at 10:30 a.m. today (Thursday) in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Edward Fandel the celebrant. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Wilson's of Livermore in charge of the arrangements. Casket bearers were grandsons: Terry Vaudt, Jerry Weber, Jr., Mark Ehrhardt, Brian Hilbert, Mickey Hellickson and Richard W. Ehrhardt. Honorary bearers were also grandsons.

Doris Fern Marlas, daughter of Gus L. and Fern Overhold Marias, was born June 26, 1910 at Fargo, N.D. When she was a young girl her family moved to Iowa City where Doris received her education. They moved to Dakota City and she was married to Joseph Peter Ehrhardt at Humboldt in February of 1930. Mr. and Mrs. Ehrhardt farmed in the Hardy and Livermore areas and they moved into Livermore in 1964 but continued active farming until they retired in 1973.

She is survived by her husband and eleven children: Mrs. Beulah Taylor, Ft. Dodge; Ralph, Ft. Dodge; Wanda, Mrs. Douglas Moseley, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.; Mary, Mrs. Wayne Vaudt, Rembrandt; Paul of Otho; Richard, Livermore; Irene, Mrs. Robert Hilbert, Superior; Barbara, Mrs. Willis Hellickson, Humboldt; Monica, Mrs. Paul Fortune; and Celeste, Mrs. Barry Jamieson, both of Ft. Dodge; and Annette, Mrs. Richard Crouse of Hardy. There are 29 grandchildren and ten greatgrandchildren. Her mother, Fern Pitts of Humboldt, also survives. Mrs. Ehrhardt was preceded in death by her father and one daughter, Carolyn Weber.
