INFLUENZA TAKES SECOND OF FAMILY MISS AGNES CAHILL NEAR VINCENT - BROTHER DIED CHRISTMAS

Influenza has taken heavy toll of the James Cahill family near Vincent. Their oldest child, Miss Agnes Cahill, twenty-two years of age, passed away Thursday evening after a week's illness. Her brother, James Cahill, seventeen years of age, died Christmas day in Dubuque with the same ailment. Eight in the family were all ill one time with this dread disease, but they all recovered. At that time Agnes was in Fort Dodge at the home of her uncle, Frank Cahill, hoping in this way to avoid the trouble. But as soon as she went home she became seriously ill. Aside from her parents five brothers and three sisters survive. They are Albert, Ray, Clarence, Clifford, and Emerson, Cecil, Ethel and Helen. The funeral will take place Monday morning at 8:30 from the home and at 9:30 at Sacred Heart church in Fort Dodge. Rev. Edmond Heelan will have charge of the services. Burial will be in Corpus Christi cemetery.
