Mrs. James Duffy Dies, Rites Tuesday

Mrs. James Duffy, 26, of Shevlin, died Sunday in a Crookston hospital after a lingering illness with cancer. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at nine a.m. at the Cathedral here and interment will be in Calvary cemetery [Crookston, Minnesota]. The body will lie in state this afternoon and evening at the Norman Funeral Home.

Mrs. Duffy was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa, November 22, 1911. She is survived by her husband, a son, Edward, seven; her father and stepmother Mr. and Mrs. L. Mosher, two brothers, Theorman of Grand Forks and Elmer of Benoit station and four sisters, three in Iowa and one in Wisconsin.
