December 15, 1911 --- November 19, 1918

Bernard Hettling was born near Taunton, Minn. December 15th 1911 and moved with his parents to Ivanhoe, Minn, four years ago at which place he lived until his death Nov. 19th at the age of 6 years, 11 months, and 4 days. He leaves to mourn his death, a father, one brother and one sister, his mother preceded him only a few days. The Funeral services were held at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Norris Enfield near Hardy, Nov. 21st conducted by Rev. Cunningham, of Hardy. The remains were laid to rest beside his mother in the cemetery near Humboldt.
