Mrs. Charles Siddens Dies in Fort Dodge

Mrs. Charles S. Siddens, 75, of Fort Dodge died Monday at Lutheran hospital there. A former Eagle Grove resident, Mrs. Siddens is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dean Moser of Eagle Grove, two sons, Charles of Des Moines and Robert of Waterloo, also 14 grandchildren. The former Grace Saunders was born in Sioux City. She married Charles Siddens and the couple were the parents of four children. One son Jack was killed in World War II. The Siddens family moved here when the late Mr. Siddens was employed as a baker at Bard's Bakery. They moved to Fort Dodge in 1944. Mr. Siddens died in 1966. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs.
