Charles Siddens Dies In Fort Dodge May 6th

Charles C. Siddens, 75, of Ft. Dodge, father of Mrs. Dean Moser, died May 6th in Ft. Dodge. He had been in failing health for some time. He was a former Eagle Grove resident and worked for many years as a baker in Bard's Bakery, leaving here in 1944. He later was employed in a bakery in Ft. Dodge for several years before retiring. Funeral services were held at the Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs Monday morning and burial was there. Mr. Siddens is survived by his wife, his daughter, Mrs. Moser, two sons, Bob of Waterloo, and Charles of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by one son Lt. Col. Jack Siddens who was killed in World War II. He is also survived by one sister and one brother and fourteen grandchildren.
