Last Rites For Mrs. Sarah Skartvet

Mrs. Sarah Skartvet, 84, died Saturday morning at Lutheran hospital Fort Dodge where she had been a patient for about two months. Mrs. Skartvet is survived by one daughter Mrs. Morns Bergeson. One son Emil of Emmetsburg; two brothers Sam Askvig of DeKalb, Ill and Odin Askvig of Williams. Mrs. Skartvet had been in failing health for several years and two years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Bergeson came from California to care for her. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Samuel Lutheran church, in charge of Rev. B. F. Molstre. Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery.
