MEMORIAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD SUN. FOR LLOYD BRAYTON
Memorial services for Pfc. Lloyd H. Brayton who was killed in action in France on June 10, will be held at the Hardy Methodist church at 3 o'clock, July 30th. The Rev. E. D. Hart of Pomeroy, a former pastor of the Renwick-Hardy charge, will conduct the service, and will be assisted by the local pastor; the Rev. Paul W. Neal. Pfc. Brayton is survived by his wife, and son Daryl, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Asa H. Brayton of Hardy. Asa Brayton is in the Seabees and is stationed at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; one brother, Pfc. Keith Brayton who is stationed at Honolulu, Hawaii;: two sisters, Verna and Shirley who are at home at Hardy; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Brayton and Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Mack.
