RENWICK MOURNS SUDDEN DEATH Of WAYNE KILEY THURSDAY

This community was shocked and grieved last Thursday evening to learn of the sudden death of Wayne Kiley, 29, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clark Kiley of Renwick. Wayne died at the home of his parents early Thursday evening with death due to a heart attack. Always in a jovial spirit, Wayne lost his eyesight before finishing high school. He attended the school for the blind in Vinton and a piano tuning school in Washington and was widely known in the community for the latter.

Wayne Robert Kiley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clark Kiley, was born September 1, 1927, and passed away suddenly on Thursday evening. November 22, 1956 at the home of his parents in Renwick at the age of 29 years, 2 months and 21 days. In his childhood and youth he attended the Methodist Sunday School and Church at Corwith and Vinton, Iowa. Wayne attended the public school at Corwith until he lost his eyesight. He then attended the School for the Blind at Vinton and graduated from this school in 1948. He then attended the Emil Fries Piano Tuning School in Vancouver, Wash.

He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Clark Kiley of Renwick, two brothers, Glen of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Leo of Mason City, Iowa, and two sisters, Edith, Mrs. John Pohlman and Jean Ann, both of Renwick, eight nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Services were held from the Renwick Methodist Church Monday with Rev. Roy A. Biesemeyer officiating. Burial was in Luni cemetery.
