MRS. WHEELER OF HARRIS BURIED AT SPIRIT LAKE

The remains of Mrs. Jane Morgan Wheeler an aunt of Mrs. C. W. Price of this place, who passed away at her home in Harris on Saturday, October 6th, was brought to Spirit Lake for burial in Lakeview cemetery Monday. Short services were held at the cemetery conducted by Rev. S. H. Turbeville. Mrs. Wheeler was born in Pennsylvania in 1850. She was married to Lafayette Wheeler of Butler county, Iowa, in 1870 which place they made their home, later moving to Wright county. In 1897 they moved to Spirit Lake where they resided for about two years when they moved to Harris which has since been their home. Mrs. Wheeler is survived by her husband, Lafayette Wheeler and three children, Norman, Earl and Nellie.
