Plan Rites for Mrs. Hawkins in Humboldt

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Brown Hawkins, 92, life-long resident of Dakota City, will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, at the Lindhart funeral chapel in Humboldt. Burial will follow at Union cemetery. Mrs. Hawkins died Sunday afternoon in Eagle Grove, following several years of failing health. She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. McDermid of Dakota City and Mrs. James of Eagle Grove.

Mrs. E. M. James' Mother Died Sunday

Mrs. Sarah Hawkins, 92, mother of Mrs. Edward M. James, died Sunday night at the the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl McGrath, where she had been a patient for some time. Funeral services were held Tuesday in Humboldt.
