Jack Raymond McCoy
July 8, 1922 --- April 28, 2014

Jack "Big Guy" McCoy was a proficient storyteller, accomplished Engineer, and world traveler, who left in peace on Monday, April 28th, 2014. Born in Denver to Raymond and Fern McCoy of Dows Iowa, along with brother Charles McCoy. Jack graduated from The University of Denver 1948 after aviation service during WWII in the U.S. Navy, he worked in various States and finally settled in Dallas working for Braniff Airlines, where he met his wife Kay Henry McCoy of 51 years, and finishing his carrier in telecommunications at EDS, American Airlines and Bechtel Corp. He is survived by his four children Roxane Anema of Denver, David McCoy of Naples, Christopher McCoy of Atlanta, and Sarah McCoy of Dallas, along with many grandchildren that he adored. A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 4th 2:00PM at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas TX 75225. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jack's honor to Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
