Funeral services for Mrs. Grace G. McCurry, 87, of Renwick, will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., at the United Methodist Church in Renwick, with burial at the Glenwood Cemetery in Goldfield. Mrs. McCurry died Sunday evening at the Lutheran Nursing Home at Vinton. Garry - Roberts- Schaaf - Blake Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by two sons, one of Belmond and one of Goldfield, and two daughters, one of Vinton and one of Minneapolis, Minn.; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great grandchild; two sisters, Doris Blumer and Inda Blesie of Renwick; one brother Edred Packard of Webster City.

Mrs. McCurry was born in Renwick on March 7, 1895, to Alva and Eva Woolsey Packard. She married Howard McCurry on Dec. 8, 1915 at Renwick. They had farmed south of Renwick, retiring in 1946, when they moved into Renwick. She had been a resident of the Lutheran Nursing Home at Vinton for the past four years. She was a longtime member of the United Methodist Church in Renwick, the Order of Eastern Star and for many years was a member of the Rebekah Lodge.
