GALLUP, NM — Services for Faye Woods, 88, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 18, at First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jeff Symonds will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Woods died May 14 in Gallup. She was born April 28, 1913, in Corwith, Iowa. Woods was a member of the BPO-Does Drove 164, was past president and district president of the Does, and member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her sons, David K. Bebo of Bournmouth, England, and Jack L. Bebo of Gallup; daughter, Barbara Stanley of Gallup; brother, Owen Olson of Wylie, Texas; and eight grandchildren. Woods was preceded in death by her husband, Emmer L. Woods; parents, Ollie B. and Elizabeth L. Olson; and brother, Warren Olson. Pallbearers will be Albert Adair, Lance Bebo, Charlie Chavez, Frank Nechero, Bart Stanley and David Wade. Memorial contributions can be made to BPO-Does Scholarship Fund, c/o Gallup Drove 164, 112 Cindy Lane, Gallup, N.M. 87301. The family will receive friends and relatives after the burial services at the Elks Lodge. Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
