Henry Groen, the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Groen of west Belmond was electrocuted last Sunday afternoon while working at the Iowa Sugar Factory. This sad and shocking accident occurred in the pulp warehouse where Mr. Groen, with a half dozen men, were engaged in storing the filling bags of dried pulp. Mr. Groen was pushing an electrically operated carriage when it came in contact with bare wire. A comrade who laid hold of his wrist and pulled him loose from the machine was also knocked down, but was uninjured. It is the more sad accident since he had been united in marriage to Miss Kalvig only a short six weeks ago.
