KASSON, MN — The funeral for Carole E. Robb will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church in Kasson, with the Rev. Clint Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Kasson.

Mrs. Robb, 75, of Kasson, died of natural causes Sunday (June 17, 2007) at her residence. Carole E. Bailey was born Jan. 26, 1932, in Rowan, Iowa, and grew up in the Rowan area. On Dec. 17, 1950, she married Everett R. Robb in Nashua, Iowa. They farmed near Goldfield, Iowa, before moving to rural Kasson to farm in 1956. Mr. Robb died in 1997, and she moved to Kasson in 2001. A member of First Presbyterian Church in Kasson, she enjoyed fishing, traveling, flowers, playing cards, solving crossword puzzles and family events.

Survivors include four daughters, Terry (Ronnie) Hanson and Jean (Brian) Hansen, both of rural Byron, Cheryl (Chuck) Ridd of Rochester and Shelly R. Robb of Kasson; four grandchildren; and a sister, Rosalyn Bruns of Kasson. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Dibble Funeral Home in Kasson, and an hour before the service Friday at the church. There will be no reviewal. Memorials are preferred to First Presbyterian Church, 101 6th Ave. N.W., Kasson, MN 55944.
