18 December 1876 --- 31 August 1942

Services for Morton Dugan were held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Vernon Brenn home and at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church. The Rev. Cedric Powell local pastor, officiated. Mrs. Grace Ryan and Mrs. Clara Lundgren sang, with Mrs. Zonia Pettit presiding at the organ. The following songs were given: "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere," "The Lord is My Shepherd" and "Crossing the Bar." Pallbearers were Ray Barr, Milton Hartenbower, Walter Grivy, Frederick Hannum, Harold Dean and George Goskusky. Flower girls were Miss Laura Patterson, Mrs. Phyllis Hannum, Mrs. Ruth Grivy and Mrs. Elsa Comisky. Relatives from a distance present were Sam Dugan and Mrs. William Dugan, Chicago; William White and daughter, Mrs. Edward Yocum, Clarion Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Russell, Ottawa, and Miss Ella White, Minonk.
