MRS. BURT TO BE BURIED TUESDAY

Long Time Resident Dies Late Saturday

Clarion — Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p. m. at the First Congregational church for Mrs. W. R. [William R.] Burt, 66, who died Saturday afternoon at the Clarion Municipal hospital. The Rev. R. J. Beebe will officiate. Mrs. Burt was born in Michigan the daughter of I. L. [Isaac] and Addie Cundall and came with her parents to Iowa when she was a child. They settled on a farm in Blaine township which was her home until her marriage to W. R. Burt of Galt. This remained their home until their removal to Clarion in 1927. She is survived by her husband, 2 sons, Ralph W. Burt of Ottumwa; C. L. Burt of Clarion; a daughter, Mrs. Galen Beattie of Los Angeles; 2 brothers, Gail Cundall of Clarion and Earle Cundall of Dows.
