Funeral services for Rutherford L. Bunn were held Tuesday morning at the Eyler Funeral Chapel. Calvin Milan, minister of the Clarion Church of Christ officiated and burial was in the Galt cemetery. Mr. Bunn, 63 a retired farmer died early Sunday morning at the Community Memorial Hospital following a long illness. He is survived by his wife, the former Leota Potter of Galt; oneson, Capt. William Bunn in the Air Force at Minot, North Dakota and one daughter, Mrs. Lee Maxheimer of Clarion. Also surviving are five brothers and one sister all of Clarion, they are Clyde, Valentine F. Vernon, Charles and Bernard and Mrs. J. R. Tucker. Mr. Bunn was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Dows and Za-Ga-Zig Shrine at Des Moines.
