HEART ATTACK PROVES FATAL TO MRS. HARRIS

Mrs. Elmer Harris, 1019 South Twenty-sixth street, died Sunday evening at her home from a heart attack. Although she had been sick for several days her death was very unexpected as her condition was not believed to be critical. Born in Martin County, Indiana, Jan. 2, 1883, Mrs Harris attended the schools there. She was married June 25, 1899 and they moved to Billett, Ill. soon after. In 1919 they moved to a farm a mile south of Judd where they made their home until 2 years ago when they moved to Fort Dodge. Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters and six sons. They are Mrs. Wesley Hiveley, Mrs. Virgil Young, Mrs. Edwin Knowles, Hugh, Glenn, Guy, Evan, Paul, all of this city and Russell of Council Bluffs. Her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Porter of Martin county, Ind and 15 grandchildren also survive. The body is at the G. Marshall Young funeral parlors. Services will be held Wednesday afternoon. the time and place to be announced later.
