Cynthia Kastler, 60, of Osceola died Sept. 7, 2011, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Services were held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove. Burial was in French Cemetery in Woolstock. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.

Cynthia Kay Kastler, the daughter of John and Jane (Hitchcock) Kastler, was born June 7, 1951, in Webster City, Iowa. Survivors include her siblings: Connie Kastler of Waterloo, Monte Kastler of Osceola, Jane Kastler of Osceola and John Kastler and wife Jan of Greenfield; two nieces, two nephews and a great nephew.
