January 4, 1926 --- June 14, 1964

William Van Der Weide, 39, years of age, passed away at Pella, Iowa, June 14, 1964, of a heart attack. Mr. Van Der Weide, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tuenis Van Der Weide, was born January 4, 1926, at Kanawha, Iowa. On August 1, 1944 he was united in marriage with Esther Roskamp at Sioux Center, and to this union were born 7 children, one daughter dying in infancy. Besides the widow the following children survive: Harvey, Marcia, Carol, Sally, Ned and Jane of Pella; his mother, Mrs. Tuenis Van Der Weide of Sioux Center, and a sister, Greta (Mrs. James Van Voorst) of Ireton, Iowa. He was a member of the Calvary Christian Reformed church of Pella.
