Dows, IA- Funeral services for Mrs. Boyd Patterson, 38, will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the first Methodist Church here. The Rev. Dr. James J. Davies will officiate at the services. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, with Ericson funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Boyd was born Doris Crawford, Oct. 23, 1919, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Crawford. She is survived by her husband, three children, Gary, 14, Randy, 11 and Debbie, 3; one sister, Mrs. Mervin (Mildred) Lange, Alden; two brothers, George Crawford, Belmond; Glenn Crawford, Alden; and her parents, Dows.

Mrs. Boyd died Monday morning as the result of injuries received in a two-car accident Sunday night on Highway 3 near the Franklin-Wright County line. Her husband and three children are still hospitalized in Hampton as the result of their injuries.
