Johnston, IA -- Marie G. Hartshorn, 93, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Bishop Drumm Care Center. Marie was born in Corwith, IA, on October 1, 1916, and lived most of her life in the Des Moines area. She was a homemaker. Marie is survived by her niece, Kay (John) Dakovich of Des Moines and several other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held today at 11 a.m. at the Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines.
