Peggy A. Herring, 48, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, at Washington County Hospital after a heart attack. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, St. James Catholic Church, by the Rev. Dennis Martin. Burial: Elm Grove Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Monday at Jones Eden Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 7 to 8:30 and a rosary will be recited after an 8 p.m. prayer service. Survivors include her husband, Daniel; a son, Jason, and a daughter, Sarah Herring, both of Washington; her father, Harlan Nuehring of Mason City; her mother, Carol Schulz of Corwith; and two sisters, Pat Nuehring of Kansas City, Kan., and Donna Tiedeman of Mason City.
