Vern William Beaman, 80, died on January 18, 2006 after a long, courageous battle with lymphoma. Vern was born in Corwith, Iowa. Vern is survived by his wife of 50 years, Verna; three daughters, Vickie Golobic of Albuquerque, Valerie and husband, Mike Murphy of Albuquerque, and Vanessa and husband, Jim Wilcox of Farmington, NM; grandchildren, Derek, Mark, Randie, Kevin, Kyle and Krista; four sisters; and one brother. He was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather, and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Vern was a lifetime brick mason who moved his family from Britt, Iowa to Albuquerque in 1962. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service has been held.
