CLARION, IA -- Gladys Pate, 92, of Clarion, died Wednesday (Nov. 22, 1995) at the Clarion Healthcare Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Willim Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Kellogg of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will begin 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the family being present from 6 to 8 p.m. Gladys Pate was born Oct. 13, 1903, in Clarion. Survivors include two daughters, Ruth Labs of Webster City and Shirley Bird of Reseda, Calif.; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Bertha Hinton of Centerville; and one brother, Dell Ross of Clarion. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, one sister and an infant daughter.
