EAGLE GROVE - David (Lee) Campbell, 62, formerly of Lake City, died Wednesday, July 31, 2002, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2002, at the Lake City Union Church with the Rev. Betty Weidert officiating. Burial will be in the Lake City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m., Friday at the Lampe Funeral Home, Lake City.
