BELMOND — Mary Schnack, 80, of Belmond, died Aug. 18, 1998, at the home of her daughter in Parkridge, Ill. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Aug. 22, at M.J. Suerth Funeral Home, in Chicago. Burial was at Acacia Park Cemetery, Chicago. There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 1998, at the Leinbach Center, Belmond, with Pastor Jim Carpenter, of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Mary was born on May 8, 1918, in Maywood, Ill. Survivors include her daughter, Marlene Becker; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Eleanor Zeiger and Olga Rogalla; and one brother, Karl. [Loeffler] Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, and one sister.
