CLARION — Edna Miner, 77, died Friday (Aug. 28, 1998) at Community Memorial Hospital in Clarion. A coffee and celebration of her life will be held from 4-7 p.m. today at the Fellowship Hall of the United Church of Christ Congregational, Clarion. The body was cremated. Willim Funeral Home of Clarion is in charge of arrangements. Edna May Matthews was born July 28, 1921, at Waterbury, Conn. She is survived by her son, the Rev. Curt Miner, of Clarion; a daughter, Linda Anderson, of Gardnerville, Nev.; three grandchildren; and a brother, Albert Matthews, of Payson, Ariz. Edna was preceded in death by her parents.
