April 12, 1925 -- January 16, 1993

Kathryn Amy Griffin Gilbert --Daughter of Bryan & Mary (Miller) Griffin. On Sept. 17, 1948, she married Glen Gilbert at Buffalo Center. Moved from Buffalo Center to Webster City in 1953. She was employed as a nurse at the Hamilton Co. Hospital until 1972. Employed at Farm Journal until 1978, when she retired. She is survived by husband, Glen; daughter & son-in-law, Amy and Darrell Kleckner, Altoona; son, Bryan Gilbert and Bridget Chambers, Webster City; grandchildren, Shawne & Kristine Kleckner; Mother, Mary Griffin, Webster City; brother, Ray Griffin, Webster City, Lee Griffin, Buffalo Center; sister, Ruth Adams, Webster City. She was preceded in death by her father; sister-in-law, Phyllis Griffin. Burial in Cass Center Cemetery, Webster City.
