Mrs. Otto L. Hanson, 59, of 3016 8th Ave. S. died Monday afternoon at Lutheran Hospital where she has been a patient for 9 weeks. Services will be Thursday at 1:30 P.M. in Bruce's Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Roy Cox, assistant Pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon on Wednesday. Surviving are her widower; her mother, Mrs. Estelle Hollister, Fort Dodge; a brother, Rex Hollister, Harrison, Neb.; and a sister, Miss Bonnalyne Hollister, Fort Dodge. Born in Martinsville, Ind., Phyllis T. Hollister attended school at Cedar Rapids, moving to Fort Dodge as a young lady. She attended Tobin Business College here. In 1943 she married Otto Hanson at Kirksville, Mo., and the couple made their home in Fort Dodge. Mrs. Hanson had been a teletype operator at Lamson Brothers for 20 years. Mrs. Hanson was a member of First United Methodist Church.
