F. H. Helgevold died very suddenly Saturday at the home of his son, Hans Helgevold, in Liberty Twp., heart failure being the cause of his death. Mr. Helgevold arose in the morning and appeared in his usual health. But after assisting with the chores he complained of not feeling well, saying that he had difficulty in breathing. A doctor was summoned from Goldfield, but Mr. Helgevold expired before his arrival. Deceased was 67 years of age. His wife, died some eighteen years ago, and since that time he has made his home with his children. Funeral services were held in the Baptist Church at Holmes Monday afternoon, with Rev. Schletten of Eagle Grove in charge, after which the remains were laid away in the cemetery south of Holmes.
