Rites Tentative for Grace Young, 53, at Clarion
CLARION — Grace Young, 53, died at Clarion Saturday morning Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Maxine) Bailey, Clarion, a son, Howard, Belmond, and three grandchildren. Funeral services have been set tentatively for Monday afternoon at Clarion. A prayer service also will be held Monday afternoon at Elmwood Cemetery in Mason City.

Mrs. Grace Young Dies at Age of 53Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Eyler funeral home for Mrs, Grace Young, 53, who died Saturday morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bailey, 508 Fourth st. N.W. Rev. Roy Quill, pastor of the First Lutheran church officiated. Burial was in the Elmwood cemetery at Mason City where graveside services were held at 4 o'clock. She came here about a year ago to make her home with her daughter. Death came after a long illness, She was born at West Bend and lived, for several years at Mason City. Surviving besides her daughter, Mrs. Bailey, is a son, Howard Young of Belmond; a brother, Floyd Wirtz of Belmond; and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Bennett of Paoli, Ind, and Mrs. Leonard Snodgrass of Oakland, Calif.; three grandchildren.
