Rose Bolle, 77, of 101 West Chicago, Albion, Iowa died Thursday,July 10, 2003 at Westbrook Acres, Gladbrook, under the care of Iowa River Hospice, Kelly Gates and Pastor Bobby Shomo. FUNERAL SERVICES will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Monday,
July 14, 2003, at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. INTERMENT will follow services in the Riverside Cemetery, Marshalltown. A VISITATION will be from 12 to 5 P.M. at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home & Crematory, where the family will be present from 2-5 P.M. Sunday. MEMORIALS may be directed to the family in her name.Lozetta Valore Bolle was born on March 9, 1926 in Quimby, Iowa, the daughter of Floyd Valore and Edna Polly Parker Finley. She attended schools in Quimby, moving to Marshalltown in 1940. On November 30, 1944, she was united marriage to Edwin (Jack) Bolle in Clarion, Iowa. They lived all their married lives in Marshalltown and Albion, where Rose worked as a dispatcher for the Royal Cab Company, retiring in 1978. Rose is survived by her son: Donald (Darlene) Bolle, daughter: Deb (Mrs. Mike) Slifer, son: David (Kathy) Bolle, son-in-law: Mike Stanley, all of Albion, a Brother: Rex Finley of Montour, a sister: Pauline Albers of Tucson, AZ,, twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren . She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack on March 24, 1988, sister-Delores Thorn, one great-grandchildren, and her daughter-Deana Stanley on June 30, 2003.
