Mrs. D. W. Ramm, one of the most esteemed and respected ladies of our little town died last Wednesday at about 11 o'clock, Mrs. Ramm was one of the most devoted mothers to her family, and will be missed very much as she leaves three children to be cared for, and a bereaved husband. The oldest child is six years, the second two years, and the third one week old. The night previous to her death, Mrs. Ramm called the family to her bedside and told them what to do, and said that she was going to die that night. It was hard for them to bear, but it Was to be. Her death cast a gloom over all who were acquainted with her. She will be remembered by all in the future, and may her soul rest in that land from which no traveler returns is the last wish of all. And may God be with her and the family for now and ever more. She was buried at the cemetery here on Saturday. She was a member of the German Lutheran church at this place.
