Mrs. Lydia Tripp, Died, at her residence in Norway township [Wright County, Iowa] on Friday, March 23, 1894 of pneumonia, Mrs. Lydia Ann Tripp, wife of Wm. E. Tripp, aged thirty-seven years. Mrs. Tripp was born in Crawford county Pennsylvania and moved to Wisconsin in 1859. She was married to Wm. E. Tripp in Wisconsin and moved to Norway township in 1881 and lived there until her death. Mrs. Tripp was a sister to Geo. Alexander and Mrs. F. C. Albright and her mother has been living with her. She was a worthy and affectionate sister and daughter and a loving and devoted wife and mother and besides the relatives mentioned leaves a husband and six children to mourn their dreadful loss. She was buried in the Belmond cemetery but the funeral services have not been held owing to the fact that three of the children were dangerously sick at the time of her death. The relatives have the sympathy of a large circle of friends in their affliction.
